Here they are :

a.A new survey from the Consumer Federation of America and Providian Financial shows that more consumers than last year understand their credit scores. The percentage of consumers who know that paying bills on time influences their credit score rose from 87 percent in 2004 to 93 percent in 2005. Similarly, the percentage who know maxing out credit cards influences their scores increased from 66 percent to 77 percent.

b.Only 31 percent of those surveyed had obtained their credit score in the last year. Only 27 percent understood that credit scores measure credit risk, not knowledge. Nearly half of the respondents were unaware that a maxed-out credit card would lower a credit score.
