I read this today in a forum and man this too counts.
Fines that add up
A $30 library fine or a $75 parking ticket. Who cares, right? Well, that could be changing, says Watts.
More often nowadays, municipal governments are turning outstandingfines over to collection agencies, who have the ability to trash yourcredit rating if you don't pay up. Watts says that if a collectionagency reports you were not able to pay that overdue library fees orparking ticket, that could drop your credit rating by 100 points or more.

Those fines will add up. In addition to that you can include the toll ways. If you don't pay that toll they agency will send you a reminder to pay.
If you fail to pay at that time, the company will send your account over to a collection agency.
Of course having done that will have an impact your credit score.
It's best that you pay those fines immediately to avoid having a collection appear in your credit report.
