We are looking forward to the new law on bankruptcy which basically enforces those who think about filing bankruptcy to get counselling by independent Credit Repair Counsellors.

Will it harm you or help you?

My take is giving up your matters to a stranger is just as safe as giving keys to your home to a complete stranger.

It's time for anyone to take matters on their own hand and do what needs to be done.
